Frequently Asked Questions

The answer to this question is a resounding NO! Our technique of cleaning is thorough and doesn’t leave any lines that will appear 2 weeks after we leave. As a matter of fact, we guarantee that there will be no lines or we’ll clean again.

Stucco is a delicate exterior surface. As such, we only use soft washing pressure when we pressure wash stucco. We’re experienced in applying the right chemical, pressure, and we rinse without harming your vegetation.

Generally speaking NO. However, if the mortar is already loose or any of the bricks are “peeling” layers, those can come loose during the cleaning process. That said, we don’t just go “blasting away” to clean. We employ the least amount of pressure we can to effectively clean them, and we’re pretty darn good ;-).

Typically we use chemicals that will kill algae. Most often that mixture includes bleach. However, on composites, vinyl siding, and some other surfaces, we use outdoor cleaners sold at the home improvement centers.

Absolutely. We are proud that we haven’t killed anyone’s plants yet. We’re careful and meticulous around plants and vegetation. We protect plants, grass, bushes, and other vegetation during pressure washing by watering them down during the pressure washing job, and afterward as needed. In addition, we’re also careful of where we run our hoses. The idea is: you want us to beautify your property, NOT damage things while we’re working.

No, Jessica and I do all of the work ourselves. We don’t send employees who don’t care about your property. We will always work hard to exceed your expectations.

No. We don’t use high pressure when cleaning siding. It’s not good for the paint film, and even worse – it pressure washing can damage siding. We only employ soft wash on house siding. That ensures you’re home will be cleaned without any damage.
